Kindly note that the above rates cover 10% Tax and 10% Service Charge.

NOTE:

• Room rates are not valid for groups.
• Only two children under twelve years are allowed to share accommodation with parents.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice and subject to availability in various categories.
• Guests are liable for destruction to the property of the hotel.
• We accept foreign currency based on prevailing CBN exchange rates.
• Check in starts from 1pm and checkout time is 12 noon. All Reservations cancelled 24hours before 1pm check-in time will incur 0% charge while reservation cancelled 12hours before 1pm check-in time incurs 50% surcharge and reservation outside these times shall be charged full rate.
• Additional 50% room rate will be charged for late check out before 6:00pm and full rate after 6.00pm.
• Guests are advised to always keep account in credit so as to ensure continuous service delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any new bookings on a credit basis until all outstanding accounts are settled. We also reserve the right to claim and set off all amounts received at any time against outstanding accounts
• Extension of stay is subject to space and rate availability.
• Early checkout and/or unused room nights are not refundable for early departure.
• All items of value are to be declared by customers upon check-in. Customers are to make use of Safe Boxes provided in their rooms for safe keeping of their valuables. Please note that hotel will not be held liable for any missing valuables by customers.
