Alhaji Korede is a  an accomplished business man cum Chartered Banker. He is a  Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Bankers and Nigerian institute of Management. His banking experience span over thirty years commencing from Barclays Bank in 1973 to International Merchant from where he retired after heading various Departments in Banking Operations.Alhaji Korede is also the Chairman of  Kayque Investments Limted a major engineering construction company, Samacoun Business Machines  Limited  a dealer and sole distributor in Nigeria currency notes counting machines and Shaanxi Auto Limited a licenced BRT Operator.

A highly versatile business operator with hands and exposure in Insurance, manufacturing and banking where he  rose to the position of Managing Director. Started in United Nigeria Insurance company and later Express Insurance as a Branch Manager at the Port Harcourt office he joined the services of International Merchant bank Limited in 1988.He rose through the ranks managing major portfolios in Manufacturing, Mortgages and oil and Gas to become an Assistant Manager, Head of credit. He was also in Commercial Trust  Bank as the pioneer Port Harcourt Branch Manager. In 1995 he left Commercial trust Bank for Manufacturers Merchant Bank Limited later. Manny Bank Plc joining the change management team as Head Corporate Banking and Branches reporting to the Managing Director. Sir Peter Aliogo  rose through the ranks also serving as Head Corporate Banking /Branches and Operations as Assistant General Manager, General Manager  and  later the Executive Director and  Managing Director. After the banking industry consolidation in 2006 he joined Union Bank. Where served as  Deputy General Manager Marketing before retiring as Regional Executive South East BankSir Peteer Aliogo Holds a HND Business Administration(Marketing Option) and Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from  Auchi Polytechnic(1993) and Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt(1987) respectively. He also holds ACII from Chartered Insurance Institute London and also qualified with Chartered Institute of Marketing, London. Sir Peter Aliogo  has completed my PhD course work in business Administration and currently working on my Research Dissertation.

A graduate of Accountancy and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

With over 34 years working experience both in the Public and Private sectors, including 17 years in executive and management positions in banking, 8 years in government as both Commissioner of Finance and Commissioner of Trade and Investment.

Mr. Anani supervised the implementation, from concept to the realization, of the US$400m Tinapa project (a mixed use development) in Cross River State, Nigeria and served as the project’s pioneer Managing Director.

Thereafter Mr. Anani returned to the Private sector and currently seats on the board of several other Nigerian companies.

A seasoned and accomplished banker, IG Ukpaka’s career spans over 20 years in the banking industry and oil sector. After a brief stint with Agip Energy in Milan, he started his career with Nigerian Agip Oil Company, Lagos in December 1988. His career trajectory in the banking industry commenced with Allstates Trust Bank in 1990. He later joined Diamond bank in 1992 where he spent over 4 years. IG ran the most profitable branch for the Bank in Ikeja business district and rose to manager level in 1995 before his departure in 1996.At Zenith Bank where he spent over 7 years and rose to the level of General Manager in 2001. Upon departure from Bank PHB late 2009, IG Ukpaka, along with a team of professionals in 2010 set up Taurus Capital (Investment and Advisory Firm) and Taurus Oil & Gas where he occupies the role of Chief Executive Officer.A first class graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos, IG Ukpaka’s enterprise has been complimented by exposure to quality executive education in INSEAD-Fontainebleau Paris, Harvard Business School-USA as well as Lagos Business School. He holds a postgraduate in Business Economics from Scuola Enrico Mattei, Italy.

Frank is currently the CFO of Eroton Exploration & Production Company Ltd. Before that, he was the Managing Director at Nima Capital Advisory Partners Limited. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Peace Alliance Consult Limited, an affiliate company of Oceanic Bank International Plc. Before that, he was the Group Head, Strategy, Finance and Risk Management at Oando Plc as well as the first Managing Director of Oando Exploration & Production. Nima Capital is supported by a sister company, Rock Forte Links Services Limited which invests, incubates, manages and supports the management of internal portfolio companies. Frank was the Project Director for the transition of the privatised NAFCON to the private sector where he managed recruitment of professional staff, rebuilding the plant, contracting and meeting with international experts and investors, which were successful efforts that put the plant back into operation and production as the only Urea fertilizer plant in Nigeria. As Group Head, Finance, Strategy and Risk Management at Oando Plc. he was responsible for supporting the CEO’s within the Group with setting the strategic direction of the company with regard to policy, finance and risk management policies. He successfully transitioned the company from IAS Standards to IFRS, the first company to do so in Nigeria and listed Oando in the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Prior to Oando Plc., he was a Senior Manager at the Washington Consulting Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Washington DC in the Global Risk Management Solutions unit and later transferred to Nigeria for three years. He led numerous Management consultancy assignments and his professional experience with PwC focused on mergers and acquisitions, business recovery, government consulting, strategic risk management, financial systems effectiveness, and new methodology development. He was in international  consultancy spanning 9 countries from 1997 to 2004. An M.Sc and MBA holder, Frank was also an independent consultant servicing Howard Hughes Medical Institute and General Electric. He has worked extensively in South America, Canada, Europe and Africa and is fluentin English, with passable knowledge of French and Spanish.

He is an accomplished banker, geologist and business man of over 35 years. He also worked with EXXON  exploring Oil in the Gulf Coast of Mexico and parts of Louisiana. Before returning to Nigeria in 1980  also to worked with various banks in USA  and Holiday Inn in Memphis USA. He served with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation before joining   International Merchant Limited before leaving in 1993 to set into private business where is currently the Chairman CEO of Kwancha Holdings an Electrical Engineering company head quartered in Abuja FCT.He is alo a Director in Aqua-Tech Engineering Services Limited and Biyama Micro Finance Limited. An astute politician with strong grass root support Honouring Haske Hananiya was a member of the House of Representative of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He holds a Bsc in Geology from Memphis State University, Memphis Tennessee, USA and an MBA from Agricultural and Mechanical University ,Huntsville, Alabama, USA.
